I will definitely use B&B carpet cleaning service again - they were fantastic! Carl was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgable on the phone when I initally called them. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me advice and pricing. Also, the technician that came out for my appointment, Louis, was funny, knowledgable, and got the job done. All of the stains came out of the carpets; it was a bank owned condo that I had purchased and there were quite a few deep stains that I wasn't sure would come out. B&B was able to do a double cleaning on all of the carpets and provide scotch guard protection for around $200. Not a bad price when the alternative is replacing the carpet for about $2000. Thanks so much to B&B!
