The owner is unbearably rude and when I said I was bothered by the bad service and would probably not be back based on this experience, the owner shrugged and told me he has plenty of happy customers and is he supposed to get down on his knees and apologize to me? He also said, "What am I going to do? You have issues." I did not buy the shoes from him, but I did tell him that I was going to go online write a review of the store and he said: "Go ahead. People who write reviews have issues too."
