I was reffered to Julio after talking to a leasing agent from a property I was wanting to lease. She said a locater could help me find the right place and they would do it for free.
So I called Julio around 1:00pm and gave him my request and special needs to find a place to live here in Austin. Julio asked me some general questions, what side of town, how much, number of bedrooms and the general info needed to begin a search. I had to stop him there, because I have a special need that most people don't have. He told me no problem, this is what he does and he is very good at what he does. Hmmm.... I've heard that before. He said he could meet, so I agreed to meet with him in less than 2 hours.
When I arrived I was greeted by one of the locaters and Julio came right out to meet me. He already had several places to consider that would work with my special needs. Amazing!! He did however go above my budget that I gave him. Only because, it is a lot closer (1 mile) from where I requested and a much nicer property with more amendities. Let me clear the air... Over budget by less than $50, which he knew the apartments had a $500 look and lease special which would bring me under budget. Julio you are the man! Oh I'm not finished yet. The unit also comes with full size washer and dryer (free), so now I can sell mine and put a few more $$'s in my pocket. He also got them to wave the first floor fee and the view fee. He did all of this and I looked and leased before 7:00pm the same day. He called me everytime he spoke with a new property and texted me to keep me up to date on everything.
I honestly didn't expect for this to happen nearly as quick as it did. Julio was definitely the right guy to help me find a comfortable place to live and call home. I move in May 1st.
