Julio Olivera (909-9968). I can't say enough about this guy. Anyway , I digress. Austin is the type of town that one must find professional help in locating an apartment home. Even if you are a native, like myself. The City has blown up and there are mistakes to be made....like buying a house on an old landfill. In this case....you need help in finding the perfect location, a responsible property , if school is in or out , and who will work with past problems. If you go it alone , you risk being put on a data base somewhere and you may be screwed out of 20 complexes if things in your life were problematic....even if resolved. A + Apt. Locating came into my worldview on the recommendation of a friend.....man ,I am so glad.I even went to another place just to feel like I should sorta get a second opinion of the apts available. Turns out the other place was pushing a place off I-35. I knew it was "Cracksville " and politely got up and left. I drove straight out to Research and went to the guy every one in there was asking questions of. Turns out I think Julio is a mgr. Long story short....I was honest about this and that and he found the "needle in the haystack "....so to speak. Good luck to all and welcome to Austin for the "out- of -towners".....Just be smart about this very important part of your Austin experience........Michael
BTW......I'm kind of a bitch and never do these recommendations except to my friends and that is usually restaurants. And , I do not work in the real estate field . I am retired.
