Review content:
A friend planned a birthday party on a Sunday afternoon at new location on Woodman Road. Here's the problem:
1) Upon arrival, children noticed feces on the moon bounce, that had obviously been there awhile as it was flattened into the moonbounce. When staffed was notified, they spent 30 minutes arguing over who was going to clean it. Eventually a staff member took a bottle of 409 over to the spot and cleaned a small area of the moonbounce.
2) Changing table was in the middle of the playroom, not in the restroom. It was noticed that a baby was being changed at the table, and this baby boy urinated into the air while being changed and the urine went directly into the ball pit.
Staff seemed unconcerned about both of these situations, and our friend decided to take the party elsewhere. The staff then said that not only would they not return the security deposit, but our friend was lucky not to be charged the entire fee for the party. During a later discussion with the owner of the business, my friend was told that places where children go are going to be dirty, and the changing table was placed in the playroom to accomodate parents who can't change their children and watch their other kids at the same time. She was also condescending, rude, and refused to return the security deposit, and indicated that my friend must not know how kids are (ironic considering he planned a kid's birthday party and has two children).
