Review content:
I am writing this review on behalf of my grandparents who are in their 80's. This company has the worst customer service. Haynes Exterminators has been to their home twice to spray for pest control. They never came in the house, were in and out in less than five minutes, gave outrageous quotes on vents that needed to be replaced that were in great shape. When I called to talk to someone regarding my grandparent's situation, they said he signed a year agreement which on a separate disclaimer my grandfather swears he never received. They have not come back to their house and they have now sent them a bill for service that has never been done. We paid $250 for the first two visits and now they want them to pay an additional $254.00 for a visit they have not completed. I will be reporting this to better business bureau, and will file suit in small claims court. You cannot swindle money from the elderly. This is morally wrong!
