Reliable exterminating service! 12/20/2013

Haynes Exterminating is a honest and reliable company. They worked with my builder, so they did the original termite certification on my house. I stayed with them, so I've been using them for about eight years. I always request the same technician, Paul. I think he's great. I continue with Haynes because I can get full termite certification with them, because they installed the original one. They come out on time, they're organized and they do I what I need to be done. They service the rooms I ask them to service. more

We have been using Haynes Exterminating since we moved into our house 8-9 years ago. We worked with a different company at our old house, but we terminated that contract because they would never come out when we had questions. Haynes, by comparison, is absolutely wonderful. All of the technicians are very pleasant. I don't remember how frequently they come, but when they do, they check the traps inside and outside. They explain everything that they do and find. One of the high points in our dealings with them was when they came to replace our termite control systems with newer technology. They even placed a few systems in better locations throughout the house. We appreciated that. We don't have any termite problems, so their hard work must be working. It has been a great experience for us. Give them a try! more

Hayes Gives Great Service! 7/25/2013

Haynes has been there for us when we had our daughter's outdoor wedding. They sprayed the yard and the trees and we were bug free. They came to our rescue when we had "critters" in the attic. For the past 2 summers they have been spraying our yard monthly and we have not been bothered by mosquitos. I highly recommend them! more

a great company 1/4/2013

I highly recommend these exterminators. We have used them for about 4 years now and have always been happy with their service. We have a pest control contract with them and they come out quarterly to spray for bugs. They use products that are safe with our kids and pets. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. We have also used them for armadillo and rodent problems and they were fantastic. more

I never have to worry about my pest control! These guys are the best. 4/5/2012

We lived in flowery Branch when we first started using them. That was about 7 years ago. When we moved to Commerce I was so glad when they said they would keep us as a client. They make it so simple. They send you a post card to remind you when you are coming. It comes a few days before. If I forget to put my dogs inside they have always been very careful to not let them out of the fence. The gates are always secured back. The only way I know they came is the bill on the door handle. Thanks guys you truly are the best in my family's eyes. more

A few years ago my 55 year old house was discovered by the rat population in my neighborhood. As with any old house, there are many cracks & avenues a varmint could use to gain entrance.....and they did. I'm not sure just any company would have gone to the lengths Haynes went to to get rid of the problem. They mean it when they say they will keep coming until the problem is solved! Do what they say, and do an excellent job of it! 10/10/2011

I've been using Haynes Exterminating for 13 years. I think I saw them in the local ads. They were a local company so I decided to call them. I liked what Haynes Exterminating said, so I decided to use them. They do a good job! They do quarterly exterminating, take care of termites, bonds, and inspections, and treatments. Haynes Exterminating do what they say they're going to do, and do an excellent job of it! more

service technician William was polite explained the scope of the work that needed to be done and preformed all aspects of his job to the highest level. Haynes exterminating provided a continues barrier of Termidor SC product around the foundation of my home and under my concrete slabs, Ive have been told that this is the best method of control and i agree. Haynes exterminating has been providing me with excellent service since 1999 and i recommend them to all my friends and family . more

Always here within 24 hours to solve the problem. 9/13/2011

When I first came here, we had problems with ants in this house. The 740 homes in this area must have been built on a massive ant hill, because a lot of people have the same problem. Haynes Exterminating came in, did the gutters, and did absolutely everything. Anytime we have had even a remote situation with that, they are here within 24 hours to solve the problem. They are tremendous people that I have already recommended to numerous individuals and would recommend to anybody. more

I'm very happy with Haynes Exterminating. My experience with them is not really complicated. They come when they are supposed to, they do what they are supposed to do, they are careful about not getting my house dirty, and they look out for my pets. They get rid of the bugs! more

Bad Service, No Follow up 3/1/2011

I am writing this review on behalf of my grandparents who are in their 80's. This company has the worst customer service. Haynes Exterminators has been to their home twice to spray for pest control. They never came in the house, were in and out in less than five minutes, gave outrageous quotes on vents that needed to be replaced that were in great shape. When I called to talk to someone regarding my grandparent's situation, they said he signed a year agreement which on a separate disclaimer my grandfather swears he never received. They have not come back to their house and they have now sent them a bill for service that has never been done. We paid $250 for the first two visits and now they want them to pay an additional $254.00 for a visit they have not completed. I will be reporting this to better business bureau, and will file suit in small claims court. You cannot swindle money from the elderly. This is morally wrong! more
