Andres, the manager is flamboyantly ridiculous. I loved him. He is definitely a salesman in and out.
I brought in my Chinese aunt to negotiate my mini because Mini is notorious for not backing down on the sticker price. Any time anyone in my family wants to buy a car, we bring my aunt. She is good at haggling. She was offered a job at Lexus and BMW after breaking down some of their salesmen. My aunt tried walking away and Andres walked out with her holding her hand, telling her that he just wants to make the both of us happy. In the end, I got my mini at the price we wanted. Pros- They offer flatbed pick-up on maintenance. I have never heard of this service, but it sounds awesome. They send a truck to pick up your car (within 30 miles) and bring it back after service.
-Variety, every color combination on the lot.
-Flavia coffee machine!
