I went to this salon because several of my co-workers said the results were great. I wish I had never listened to them. The girl that cut my hair wasn't paying attention when I told her what I wanted and I ended up with a horrible haircut! I am very sad that this happened to me and regret that I cannot recommend this salon to anyone else. The management doesn't care about it's customers! They expect you to come back and let someone in the salon 'fix' what the other person messed up. Not only do I not want to be humiliated and be targeted as the complainer I don't have confidence that they have the ability to correct this. I am going to have to go elsewhere and pay someone else to fix their mess. Their policy on not refunding for service is absurd! They don't know how an unhappy customer should be treated. If they had been willing to refund my haircut I would have left this alone and I would never mention it to anyone else. Maybe one day they will learn that sometimes it's better to lose the cost of the cut rather than have negative publicity. Pros: nice salon atmosphere Cons: no talent, no customer service skills
