they don't handle their pest control fairly at all - i asked for a roach problem to be dealt with on multiple occacions - the agents in the leasing office continued to blow me off, even suggesting that I needed to clean my apartment up to get rid of them. I keep my place super clean so they're just wrong. I had to pay for someone to come out and handle it for me. Money out of my pocket that they should be paying for.
