Regarding these other reviews, I STRONGLY disagree. Lets be realistic. Do you really think that these things have happened. Come on! Lets use this site for the spirit in which it is intended and rate the community. This site is not for opinions that make it a personal attack.
I love it here and recommend it very highly. Maybe the people in Utah County have unrealistic expectations but I find Country Springs to be one of the best apartments that I have lived at. Reading such harsh reviews makes me wonder what kind of renters these people where/are. I bet if you were to see thier history they are the habitually late payers and recipiants of complaints made by other tenants. I wonder what the management would have to say about them. Hmmmm.
You should just check it out for yourself. Its probably a good thing these people don't live here anymore.
Pros: Parking, size, location, management company, apartment features, too many to list.......
Cons: I wish they were available as condos for purchase.
