Businiess name:  Brasserie

Review content:
In general, I think it's somewhat unfair to rate restaurants based on Restaurant Week meals. However, give kudos when due, and Brasserie is a good example: the Chef clearly wanted to offer a special menu, not just the usual salad and chicken. I think he hit a home run. Desserts were great, too. But it is the consistently good food and service that I receive at Brasserie all year long that makes me a fan. Though it is obviously a high volume establishment, the food is not mass produced or pre-cooked; the waiters are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful, with no attitude; and the room gets a great buzz going almost any night of the week. I always take business and out-of-town guests to Brasserie because I know I'll be respected and catered to. Finally, my biggest restaurant peeve is poor treatment at the door, but Brasserie's hostesses are unfailingly gracious, no matter how busy, and they always have time for a welcome or a good-bye with a smile.
