Review content:
Gittleman Management runs our association and its deplorable how they have been able to manipulate board members into shutting out the needs of the very homeowners they represent.
In the beginning, most of the original owners were so outraged at the developer for delivering far short of the highest standards promised that many owners were willing to take legal action, but as soon as Gittleman got control of the board it wasn’t long before homeowners were in the dark and being ignored. It’s a serious conflict of interest when a property manager’s priority is protecting the needs of the developer over the needs of the board who represents the very homeowners that eventually pay their outrageous fee’s.
How this company has not been targeted in a class action lawsuit is beyond me.
