I am SO grateful to Rick with Ben Franklin Plumbing. My mama and daddy were delivered an exhorbinent water bill that would have been gutting to a fixed income. Rick listened, he was reassurring to them and quick as wink he arrived to resolve the matter. He taught them all they needed to know to resolve the matter with the water department, provided them with a written report and his phone number should the water department need to discuss his findings. He was a guardian angel to two incredibly good people who needed help. From the bottom of my heart...thank you, Rick and Ben Franklin Plumbing.
