Review content:
The Fillmore in San Francisco is just one popular place that bands now roll by. Located on Geary right after the rise it is a dirty looking building. Around it are coffee shops and drug stores. The parking is a nightmare so get there early or prepare to find a parking garage that will charge you at least $10. Once you get inside is where the fun begins. Although the outside is dirty and old the inside is clean with great four star hotel-like decoration. There is a little bar inside where the bands that already played hang out and it overlooks the stage area. The floor is big and the crowds do sometimes get rowdy. The acoustics are pretty nice but one of the best features about the whole area is all the over hanging chandeliers. they create a ballroom atmosphere and let you enjoy the experience better.
