a friend brought me to selah for my first brazilian wax. i was so nervous, but once i sat down in the waiting area i felt immediately comfortable. the cappuccinos were great and everyone was so sweet. jacqui was my waxer and she was incredible. what i thought was going to be one of the most painful and awkward experiences of my life actually turned out to be not bad at all. the salon is located right in the middle of white plains' business district, which is super convenient. i can't believe i didn't know about selah before, but now i doubt i'll use another salon, especially for waxing. i got my wax on the day of my prom, and if i had stayed at selah to get my hair styled instead of going to my usual (and much more expensive) salon, i'm sure it wouldn't have been totally destroyed like it was that day. i'll be making my next appointment today.
i don't usually write reviews but i found this website and thought selah definitely deserved one. it's really great that such quality service is available in westchester county for a reasonable price and everyone should know about it.
