Review content:
My car was over heating,so I thought I would take it to hires auto. I drove the car there. As I pulled in it just started to over heat. I needed them to diagnose the over heating prob.. so I payed them 34+tax. I asked them how long it was going to be tell they pulled the car in. They told me like a hour or two! "Okay" so I went next door and got some food from wendys sat down and started to eat then minutes later they pulled my car around. With the moter still hot "knowing"
then I left wendys ran some arons. like 3 to 4 hours latter they called me just telling me that I have a blown head gasket. They told me that it would be not worth doing the heads, They said they would put a newer moter that they have with 28,000 miles. for 3,200 $ I was Like What. so I hung up and went there. I asked them y was it over heating they couldn't tell me they didnt try to find it out. So I was mad and tried to leave in my car that was over heating. because when I brought it to them it still ran just over heating. THEY BLEW MY HEAD GASKET and wouldn't tell me but that they would put a moter in it for 3,200 $
my car now has a blown head gasket just from bringing it in to hires auto. every one that I talk to have nothing good to say about them. CAUTION!! they will rip you off!!
