When I walked into the store for the first time, I was greeted promptly and directed to the back of the store where Chuck was working with another customer.(He was actually working with a customer and working on another customers bow at the same time) Chuck greeted me and while continuing to work on everything he was already doing, I told him that I was interested in purchasing a bow and what I wanted to use the bow for. When he finished with the first customer, Chuck checked out my draw, informed me on what size I needed, and gave me insights as to which type of bow I should get. He was very knowledgable and put no pressure on me to buy anything so before I left, I ordered my new Matthews Reezen bow which was actually less expensive than what I was originally prepared to pay for my first bow. When my bow came in a couple of weeks later, the shop called me immediately and I went back to the store to pick it up. When I got there Chuck assembled my new bow for me and set it up with everything I would need to go bowhunting. He even set me up with the perfect arrows I would need starting out. After setting my bow up to me and making my new arrows, we moved to the practice range located in the store and he got me sighted in. It was a great experience purchasing my first bow from Chuck at the Outdoor Proshop. Since then I have been back to the store numerous times and everytime I have experienced the same professional service. Thanks Outdoor Pro Shop and thanks Chuck!
