The Lewisville Dentist office provided me with top notch care, service & professionalism from the very first time I called. I was in search for a new dentist due to changes in my insurance, and I had an emergency need for a root canal & crown.
Sarah answered the phone on the first call and wowed me by asking if I could be in the office for my first appointment withing the next 20 minutes. That barely gave me time to shut down my work and drive there, though I live but two miles away.
I had called another local dentist office the day before. The receptionist put me on hold for an extended period of time, was very short and seemed unwilling to check into whether or not they would accept my insurance. They did not call me back until I had discovered The Lewisville Dentist...way too late.
The professionalism & courtesy treatment I received that first day sold me on The Lewisville Dentist! They scheduled my surgery the very next day. The surgery went off without a hitch, and the pain was gone...so thankful.
Words alone pale when attempting to describe my experience with the entire staff and Dr. Goodman!
It's not that I love going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to my next visit.
