I am new to the area and we all know how hard finding a hairdresser can be! I called for a haircut and was scheduled with Rachel. I had a great experience overall and came out with the style that I was looking for. She answered all of my questions and did not pressure me to buy products. She did write down all of the products she used and I will most likely purchase them in the future. The music is not too loud; I was easily able to have a conversation. The reception called to follow up a few days later about my experience, something NO salon has ever done for me before. I would recommend Mood Swings and Rachel to anyone looking for a great salon and stylist.
