After reading so many stellar reviews of Mood Swings, I was really excited to try them. I have hated my fine, limp hair for years and I left my home in Casa Grande with high hopes that they would be able to do something with it. The parking downtown was a nightmare, but they did validate my parking after I finally found a spot. I told my hairstylist that he could do something pretty funky/drastic since I had recently left corporate America to go to massage therapy school, so I no longer had to conform. All he did was trim it. I was very upset. I could have gone somewhere and paid $13 for a basic trim, but I was out $45 here. I was hoping to surprise my husband with a new 'do that night, but instead he was upset over how much I paid for a trim.

Cons: Parking, Trendy atmosphere, Stylist didn't listen
