I went there for my facial simply because it is rated as the Winner of Best Facial of 2006 on CitySearch. My experience there was completely negative and came out very disappointed and feeling that I had just lost $80+ for nothing. The person I had was inexperienced, I wasn't sure what she was doing and was not informed what would be done on my face up front. The scalp massage that I chose to have was so ineffective that I didn't feel anything, I could've ran my fingers through my hair myself! She spent little time cleanning my pores, spent more time on just massaging the face. I came out of the room with still much blackheads, other breakouts/pimples on my face, along with some clay/mask residues on parts of my face.
