I have lived in Phoenix a year and have had problems finding a good salon. One day I made an appointment to have my hair cut/colored and it was fantastic. Rachel is my stylist and she is probably one of the best I've ever had. I always leave in a great mood and we always have great conversations. The salon is very open and airy, with good music and everyone is friendly. I have never been disappointed and have finally learned to do new things with my hair. I definately recommend it!
Pros: Friendly service and Fantastic Results and hours are great
Cons: If anything, parking..but your ticket will be validated
