Review content:
I rented from him and want to warn others about the creep. A bad landlord, does not keep his word. Doesn't abide by the terms of the lease and need I say again is a real creep. Many a lawsuit against him. And there even in a public record from the District Court in Queen Annes County a Peace Order that says "There is clear and convincing evidence the the respondent committed the following acts :Assault, Rape or a Statutory offense(or attempt). Clear evidence is noted that he is likely to commit a prohibited act again. In other wards beware of this Realtor.
