Improvements: In the last month they have left our gate open 3 times. 1st time I called about it as I have 2 dogs. The 2nd time I met the guy at my house and reminded him to close the gate. The third time my dog got out and was hit by a car. I called their office and told them what happened and they said "So you want to cancel your service? OK. Thanks for you business." Click. Please don't use them if you have family pets you don't want to get out as these folks couldn't care less..
