Review content:
One of the best orchestras in the country gets a fresh start in 2005 with new musical director David Robertson, one of the most highly regarded young conducting talents in the world. The SLSO is truly world class, and this fine ensemble deserves to be supported for its contribution to the St. Louis arts scene. Powell Hall is a wonder to behold, and the musicianship is superb.
