Review content:
This is for the Hairmasters located outside of South Hill Mall. I took my daughter here so we could get our hair’s cut. We didn’t need anything elaborate, just a trim for both of us. We ended up getting 2 different stylists. I don’t remember their names (I wish I did), but we were not happy at all. My daughter went first, and by the time she was just about done, it was my turn with another stylist. As my hair is half way done, my daughter comes over to my chair to wait for me. My stylist and myself looked at her hair and noticed it was incredibly uneven. This woman couldn’t cut a straight line to save her life! My stylist ended up getting my daughter’s stylist back out from the break area for her to fix her hair. She made a feeble attempt to correct it, to no avail. I ended up just paying our tab and we headed home. Once we were home, I fixed my daughter’s hair myself. It was a complete waste of money.
