If you haven't ever tried Pho, then you are missing a great part of Asian cuisine. Pho is a type of Vietnamese soup, which consists of a hot broth with noodles, chives, spices, and a meat of you choice. The meat is usually added rare of medium rare and sliced very thin so that by the soup is served it is cooked by the hot broth, resulting in very tender meats. Fresh veggies are served for you to add to the soup.
Pho 79 is family owned and operated and has two other locations in Aurora and Westminster. The atmosphere is relaxed and has somewhat of a kichy feel. Try a boba iced tea with you Pho and enjoy a healthy, inexpensive meal.
