Businiess name:  Blue C Sushi

Review content:
While sushi on a conveyor belt doesn't sound all that appealing, you should check this place out. It's a blast! There are two spots; the original in Fremont and the newest in University Village. While I've been to both I prefer the one in University Village. They have the ingredients listed just under the plate. So you won't have any surprises. Here's how it works. The sushi goes around and you just pull off what you want. When you are done you stack your plates and press the button to call the wait staff. All the plates are color coded for price (the range is something from $1.25-$4). So it's very affordable and fresh. The chef is preparing it fresh in the middle as you eat. If you don't see what you want you can also order it. Also, make a stop in the bathroom. You will hear sounds of the Japan rail station and they have a neat hand dryer.
