These guys can do the roof part right, but the art of counter flashing is lost on them. The first flashing job they did on my brick home looked hideous. I thought maybe it was a temporary fix until they could get back out to finish it...it wasn't. I was livid. This is not the type of work I expected for an "experienced" roofing company. It looked like something a complete novice did with no understanding or direction of what needed to be done. I had them fix it. Once fixed, I paid them...but then noticed an asthetic issue. Well, long story short, they never came back to fix it (I called at least 5 times). At this point I decided to go the route of the BBB. It was then that I found out their BBB status had been revoked during the time they worked on my house and now have an "F" rating. Bottomline: Do not pay them until you have thoroughly gone through the work they did (especially the flashing)...they won't come back.
