Nice place conveniently located off of Laurel Canyon near Ventura Blvd. Parking is in the rear of the building. It is a little tight and usually full at peak hours (5pm-7pm). The entrance is located in the back and is a nice somewhat private entrance away from the main street. Inside the gym there is two levels. Bottom floor has a pool, cardio gym with steppers, weight machines, treadmills and stationary bikes. Also, the rest/change room is right off that room. This room is also filled with the usual mirrors. They have a dry erase board for women to list their names when the machines are full and they want to get on one. At peak hours, I believe this is used. During the time I visited, I never had to use it (5am or 9pm). Upstairs they have their aerobics and yoga classes. I do not know the exact layout as I didn't use their entire facility. I know they have a day spa connected to the gym as well. Their membership fees are a little higher than most. But if you are looking for exclusive womens only gyms this is the place to go in the valley. Finally staff was always pleasant and I never had any issues with anyone there. They always greeted you and were helpful when you asked questions. I believe this is a privately owned facility.
