Good: Massage, but pedi cure took one hour and 35 minutes and four different nail techs.. Bad: The fact that it took 1hr 35min and 4 techs. I didn't have time to get my nails done and I now have to squeeze that into an already busy day tomorrow.. Improvements: When you technician does and bad job and it takes the 3 other techs to correct it and you are late for an appointment they should compensate the client in some way.. Other: I have gone to Cinti Nails for 15 yrs and never complained. When I talked to Tyler he was not helpful in any way. Only concern we I said I was not going to pay was "I pay her and I get no money?" I said don't pay her she did and bad job and it took three other people to get it right. He refused to let us leave without paying. Finally he gave us $5.00 off. Any other business person would have apologized and not charged for such poor service. I suggest you go elsewhere for any special occasions..
