I was in total panic mode this weekend I don't live in NYC , I do work here often though and had a rental car for a couple of days so to make a long story short, I went out for a couple hours Friday night went to go back to my hotel and my keys are gone can't find them and can't remember exactly what it looks like because its not my regular keys. So at this point I am up the creek so I go to google and find these guys and I'm so glad I did the Lady on the phone was so nice and kept me as calm as possible until the locked out van pulled up shortly after I called , it didn't cost very much but was well worth what I spent to get a key at almost midnight because let me tell you folks the rent a car company isn't concerned with anything like that at midnight! Thank you very much!
