Impressive service! 11/23/2011

If you ever need a locksmith, Sutton security services & key are the people you need. The locksmith answered the phone right away, and we set up a time for the next day. He was running behind from his last job which was fine because we were just hanging out at home, but he called twice to check in and let us know. The locksmith is a super nice guy, honest, and down-to-earth. Definitely a good locksmith service you can trust to get the job done right. more

My roommate moved out and we were not on the best terms so I decided to change my locks. I called Sutton security services & key, the locksmith responded very quickly. He was very efficient and professional. He did an excellent job. more

Outstanding service. 5/21/2011

I highly recommend this man for all your lock needs. He has helped me more than once. I was lockout of my house and he was there in 15 minutes and this was 2AM. He helped me secure my house with a keyless entry. I just love it. He takes his time and makes sure you are happy with the $$$$$. He sells better products than others around here. more

Locks Change 5/16/2011

I just moved into the area, I needed my locks changed on my front door, Sutton Security Service & keys answered my call on the first ring. They were very professional and set up a technician to come over immediately. The locksmith was very professional, he knew his job very well and did it in a quick timing. more

I wanted to share that Sutton security services & key was so helpful in getting my specialty door locked fixed. First he responded immediately to my email and gave me the information for how to receive my free (under warranty) parts. When I received my parts in the mail the locksmith came out and installed them for me. He explained how the lock works so that I can make minor adjustments if needed. Professional and Friendly! Fantastic service 3/10/2011

I was very happy with Sutton security services & key service. I locked my keys to my scooter inside the seat compartment. The locksmith had it open for me within 10 minutes. I had been calling around to get prices and most quotes were between $100 - $160. The price I paid was nearly half. He arrived on time, was very friendly and the price was great. What more could I ask? more

Fast and courteous 2/25/2011

Sutton security services & key came to my home after a robbery to upgrade the lock throughout the house and my family and I have never felt more secure with the system they installed for us. I highly recommend them for all your locksmith related needs. They were fast, courteous and used top of the line equipment to make sure I could have peace of mind that my family would be safe. I was in total panic mode this weekend I don't live in NYC , I do work here often though and had a rental car for a couple of days so to make a long story short, I went out for a couple hours Friday night went to go back to my hotel and my keys are gone can't find them and can't remember exactly what it looks like because its not my regular keys. So at this point I am up the creek so I go to google and find these guys and I'm so glad I did the Lady on the phone was so nice and kept me as calm as possible until the locked out van pulled up shortly after I called , it didn't cost very much but was well worth what I spent to get a key at almost midnight because let me tell you folks the rent a car company isn't concerned with anything like that at midnight! So after 3 years who knew that the person you would call after breaking up with a crazy chick would be a locksmith to keep the her out ! Thanks Sutton security services & key because a couple hours after you left she tried getting in the house and it was absolutely priceless I will totally keep you on speed dial incase I decide to be silly and give my key out again! Sutton Security Services & Key were awesome. So incredibly friendly and helpful. Honest and reasonable pricing. Gave me there advice, a very fair price, and advice/tips on good places to go in my neighborhood (I am just moving in). Really great locksmiths - I would recommend them to anyone. more
