I live in SW Austin, noticed puddles of water it late in the evening, spent the night cleaning up, looking for the source, and researching plumbers. Called Radient in the morning and they were able to get us a morning appointment. Jason gave us call ahead of time to say he'd be over in 45 min. He looked at the problem, explained the situation very clearly, and gave me a reasonable estimate. 1 hours later everything was fixed perfectly. Jason even stuck around to double check the meter to satisfy my concerns about other leaks.
Very happy with the service and would recommend Jason @ Radient.
