I live down the street from Brian O'Neills, and while it is a very beautiful bar, has a great atmosphere and the crowd is fun, I have never gotten a good or even fair margarita there. I have resorted to just asking for shots of Patron instead of having to suck down a terrible margarita. On top of that, the bartenders are some of the rudest I have ever seen. One in particular is very rude and is there every time I have ever gone. I no longer frequent there too much, but I am sure if I go back, he and his attitude will be there.
Pros: Nice atmosphere, Great seating, clean
Cons: Awful bartenders, Rude bartenders, Bad service
