Review content:
I don't know how Anthony's got their reputation, but the food was mismatched. For lunch, I ordered "Blackened Cod", which to me is a Cajun dish. No Cajun seasonings here. The fish was not even "Blackened", but more lightly browned. Topped with a Mango-Kiwi salsa and served with "Asian" Coleslaw, it was confusing to my palate. The Cod was undercooked (I didn't order sashimi), the Asian Coleslaw overpowered the fish, and the Mango salsa was not fresh. Even their Fish n Chips came with the Asian Coleslaw. I probably wont be returning anytime soon, since there are so many other choices in the Seattle Metro area.
A couple of positives, the fish is fresh and the manager did come out to talk to us.
Pros: fresh fish, trendy
Cons: undercooked, long wait
