We are long time repeat customers of Clarke Kent Plumbing. Have mistakes ever been made, estimates off a bit, or interactions with a particular individual less than what I'd desire? Over the years, we have likely experienced each one of these and perhaps one I don't recall. However, for each of these, I have seven to ten positive to great experiences, and so I recommend them to everyone. I understand that businesses don't always grow smoothly, or that sometimes an individual is hired who turns out to be a different caliber of technician or communicator than was evaluated during the hiring process.
