Large picture windows overlook a small lake surrounded by lush greenery. As you dine, you can watch ducks swim in the waters or see peacocks stroll through the divine landscaping. Everything here is divine and you can't help but relax as waiters attend to your every detail and your meal ends with coffee and a stroll through the gardens. It is one of the few places where you can spend time enjoying the grounds after the meal instead of jumping in your car and heading home. For a light summer starter, order the sliced beefsteak tomato served with Roquefort cheese or house vinaigrette. Each of their salads is delicious and fresh. The 10oz Filet Mignon melts in your mouth and is served with a perfect Bearnaise Sauce. The Pecan Crusted Snapper is like the answer to a prayer - perfectly crispy and flaky at the same time. Make a reservation and dine at Vargo's when the weather is mild and you want a treat for all of your senses. It will be an experience that will stay with you much longer than a run of the mill restaurant
