My last visit was over a year ago, but my 'indoors' cat had been lost outside for three days and was severely dehydrated when I brought him to you. You were brilliant. Although I had heard that your hospital is both impersonal and expensive, I didn't find either was the case. You were quick to help, gentle with my cat and clear in your instructions
