My friend had her 30th BDay last night at LeSouk. She called ahead and specifically confirmed with management that she and her friends would have a reserved table for the whole night. We ate and drank for about 2.5 hours, got up to go dance and have a few smokes downstairs. Upon returning, we discovered that our tab had been closed out on us, without so much as a warning, and our table had been given to another party. To make matters worse, when we tried to resolve the situation and explain that we never closed our tab out and explain that we were shocked that our table had been given to another party with no explanation, one of the managers looked at us like we were crazy, and then called security on us. What a joke!
If you ever have a bday here, be very vigilent or else you will unexpectedly have your tab closed and will be herded away from the table that your reserved, even if you were promised that you'd have the table for the whole night. TO management of LeSouk: Terrible way to do business! Someday, you're gonna do this to the wrong motherf'er and he's gonna run you out of business. Just a matter of time, you f'ing losers!
