I have a CPAP sleep apnea machine. They have billed me 3 different times for supplies I never ordered or received. Took me 6 months to get one of the statements straighten out. Now I have a bill for I don't know what. Told them to remove the charges last month, but they sent me a bill for it again this month telling me it was 60 days past due. They have sent me the wrong mask, and it will not work with my machine. It kept turning it off in the middle of the night. It took me 3 weeks to get it replaced. I had to order it 3 times. They kept telling me nothing had been ordered. I told them to stop sending me supplies in the mail. I would go to their office and pick it up. I would call and ask if they had it and they would say yes and the bill was all prepared so I could just walk in and pick it up. Every time they would make me wait 45 - 60 minutes before someone would bring it out to me. They told me I was renting the machine and not buying it and when I switched insurance companies I would have to return it.That was an outright lie. My insurance company said it was paid off and I don't have to return it. It has been one huge headache. Thank goodness I have changed insurance companies and hopefully don't have to deal with them any more.... once I get this last billing fiasco straightened out!!!
