My Father uses Oxigen as needed, I notice the big tank was empty , I called Apria and they said that the records showed that the tank was filled two days before and every two weeks before that, what a surprise I had, being my father's caregiver I have no seen the employee from apria every two weeks only once a month! and no paying much attention to what I said the guy on the phone said he will send somebody on the same day , well nobody came to fill the tank I call the next morning to please send somebody to fill the tank so I can take my father to his doctor's appt.and they did, I asked to talk to the manager and explain the problem ,the lady on the phone took my name and phone number telling me that the manager will return my call in 24 hrs. well it has been a week and still waiting for the manager to call me back. Of course their records show that the driver comes on time every two weeks and fills the tank , so they can charge for the services. Please check on your own services from this company ask for records, specially if you have your aged parents using these services,make sure they are getting what they have been charging.
