I wish there was an option for less than one star. Although being a customer for years, my trash wasn't picked up the last couple times. After calling and being on indefinite hold, I talked to the most offensive and rude customer service person named Natalie. There are plenty of trash services in Colorado, and I don't care enough to detail how upset I am. However, I have trash cans sitting in front of my house, checks cashed on schedule, and can't resolve anything because of the absolute WORST customer service EVER. I get the stonewall about how she is the manager, you can't talk to anyone else, don't like it- tough!
Worrying about trash service is pretty low on my list of things to worry about, but this company, or more specifically, the customer service girls that answer the phone, make it the worst experience I have had recently. Suffice to say, I am calling a new trash company that appreciates their long standing customers, and takes the phone away from rude and offensive agents. Unbelievable, STAY AWAY FROM PACKMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
