Inna is most likely the person you will meet with for your consultation. She is patient and will answer any questions you have. She has a medical background too, so she is very knowledgeable on deeper concerns you may have. The main bit of advice I have about this consultation is not to feel rushed. If you've got a big event soon after the procedure that requires you to be healed, be patient and wait until after the event. Listen to your gut. Just because they have seen someone heal "that" fast doesn't mean you will, and you know how you heal. She gave me a lot of information on the procedure and plenty of info on the healing time line and what to expect.
Dr. Buckspan didn't have any reviews yet when Personique scheduled me to meet with him, so I was nervous. His previous office had several positive online reviews of him through review websites. The most negative comments regarded his leaving them, which is understandable. With all of the mixed reviews these days and the fears behind cosmetic surgery, I would imagine it is hard to find a replacement as good as your favorite doctor.
He is very personable and has a great sense of humor. I didn't feel like he rushed me into anything I couldn't handle and told me honestly when I'd be cutting it close with the healing curve. After meeting Dr. Buckspan, I felt much more confident about my decision.
I think one of the most professional things Inna and Buckspan did was not give me a exact answer when it couldn't be promised. They can speak about past experiences but every body is different and they recognize that.
