Review content:
Called these guys because they are listed in yellow pages for snow removal. Told them we needed our driveways cleared from where we got plowed in. They said "No problem we'll be there in 20 Minutes". 19 HOURS LATER they still were not here, they did not call, and after numeous calls to them when we finally got someone on the phone we were told "Oh sorry we got side tracked".
These guys are the definition of unreliable, The fact that they could leave us hanging for that long without even a phone call just shows how ignorant they are. I won't use them ever again, and would not recommend that anyone else uses them.
