Unreliable 12/28/2010

Called these guys because they are listed in yellow pages for snow removal. Told them we needed our driveways cleared from where we got plowed in. They said "No problem we'll be there in 20 Minutes". 19 HOURS LATER they still were not here, they did not call, and after numeous calls to them when we finally got someone on the phone we were told "Oh sorry we got side tracked". These guys are the definition of unreliable, The fact that they could leave us hanging for that long without even a phone call just shows how ignorant they are. I won't use them ever again, and would not recommend that anyone else uses them. more

Did the right thing... 1/7/2010

Good: I appreciated the fast and prompt service that Black Jack provided for me. I was in a hurry because of personel issue's to get the job done and they responded responsibly...let's just say I got a same day response!!!. Bad: Nothing ....I was happy with the service and will reccomend.. Improvements: As of now nothing. I had some excavating work done as well and they did a great job!!!. Other: I would recommend Black Jack for not just paving work but also excavinting as well!!! Bravo Black Jack Paving!!!!. more

Asphalt Driveway 8/9/2009

Would not recommend, poor grading, left several low spots creating puddles and a slip & fall hazard by entrance steps. Quick to respond and get the job, Once paid they are the same as any other fly by night company. Will not return to correct their mistakes. more

great concrete and asphalt company with great prices 8/21/2005

Black Jack Asphalt is a great company for dealing with asphalt or concrete. We choose Black Jack company to do our basketball court after getting 3 estimates. Not one of the other company’s came close to the price Black Jack did it for. They came right out to the house and gave an honest estimate. We never had problems with them returning our calls and they came to do the job on schedule. We got a beautiful full basketball court in our back yard for a great price and done by friendly workers, who took their time and did it right. more
