I called Thompson Powerwashing from an internet search looking for somebody to clean my roof which was covered in mold. I was thinking that I may need a new roof. Ed called me back promptly which I can not say for others and quickly he scheduled an appointment to give me an estimate. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the situation. It was a difficult job and when he leaves the green mold will look white and not very good. He explained after a few rainfalls it should wash away. He said he may have to come back to sweep the roof if not coming off completely. I gave it a few rainfalls and it was much improved but still not very esthetic. I called him not knowing if he would be true to his word to come back and in a matter of days he did with no additional surprise charges. After about another month my wife and I could not believe how good the roof looked and stayed good throughout the entire Summer and Fall. He also power washed my house and sidewalk and did a great job. I would reccommend Thompson Powerwashing to all.
