Review content:
The technician, Jeff Patton, is the reason I would recommend this company. A company is only as good as their employees, especially in this service idustry, Jef is nice, courteous, well spoken, efficient and educated me while he worked. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. Jeff sold me on the service partner plan. I'm convinced Jeff's service is a refection of his character but also a reflection of the reputation the company strives for.
