Best to get in shape 2/1/2010

I have a friend who has been telling me about this place and how great their classes are. She said their instructors made the classes very enlightening. Educating her about the best ways to work out. So from what I hear it is a great place to do pilates. I also found a deal for three mat classes there. It is suppose to be $75, but online I found it for just $37.50! Go online to halfoffdepot and go to their new york section. Check it out.... Pros: Great instructors more

Authentic Pilates!!! 3/11/2006

I was absolutely amazed by this new studio and the sensational workout I recieved here! I had been a past client at the studio on Bleecker and was pleased to see that this location offered the same superb training with new equipment in an excellent enviornment!! I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for authentic pilates and the best workout you will recieve in this city!!! more

I had one of the best workouts of my life at re:AB Pilates West. The teachers are amazing, the staff is so helpful, the studio is gorgeous, and I absolutely love going there to work out. Great Pilates experience! 3/2/2006

Brooke Siler's new studio is as warm and inviting as her first. Since I've only ever visited the Bleecker Street location (it was too far away to join) having a new reAB open so close to me is a treat! I got the best workout I've ever had and even got to meet Brooke herself. Needless to say I'm hooked and would recommend this new studio to anyone looking to experience Pilates from real instructors with years of experience. Pros: professional, warm & friendly, great workout more
